All orders are shipped from Brisbane Australia.
Australian customers will normally receive goods via Australia Post. You may choose between Express Post or Regular Post at checkout. A tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email when your order is dispatched.
During the pandemic post is taking longer than normal so expect a few extra days in transit prior to delivery.
International customers your orders are delivered by FedEx.
- During the pandemic FedEx offers International Priority Service only.
- If you enter an invalid delivery address when you order, the FedEx shipping option may not be available, contact Mach 5 support.
- If you live in a remote area, FedEx shipping may not be available at checkout.
As the receiver of your goods your customs authorities may charge you additional money for delivery of items purchased from MACH 5, local taxes, duties, TAX equalization VAT, GST and other charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Only shipping costs are shown on the invoice at checkout because we are not registered to collect duty and taxes from your country.
