Shipping and Taxes

Information about shipping and taxes.

All orders are shipped from Brisbane Australia.

Australian customers will normally receive goods via Australia Post. You may choose between Express Post or Regular Post at checkout. A tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email when your order is dispatched.

All orders normally shipped 3 days after you place it.

International customers your orders are delivered by Australia Post

• We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $25 AUD ( about $19 USD)
• We offer Parcel Post Service (7 - 14 Days)
• If you just order stickers alone, they will ship FOC, but allow 3 weeks for delivery.

As the receiver of your goods your customs authorities may charge you additional money for delivery of items purchased from MACH 5, local taxes, duties, TAX equalization VAT, GST and other charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Only shipping costs are shown on the invoice at checkout because we are not registered to collect duty and taxes from your country.
